Chris brings more than two decades of experience leading innovative recruiting functions across startups and corporate innovation arms. Before founding TalentIQ Advisors in 2025, he played a key role in scaling technology ventures within Boston Consulting Group’s incubation & venture capital arm and later led hiring across First American’s startup ecosystem, including Endpoint and Sequoia. Chris specializes in building high-performing teams through data-driven insights, inclusive hiring practices, and tailored talent strategies—spanning both executive search and foundational hiring.
